Description

Carlson Design Plotter/Cutter systems are simple, and most problems can be serviced in-house by the operator.  Should you have a catastrophic problem (fire/electrical/water damage) and need to return your plotter/cutter for service — no problem!  Our systems boxes are designed to ship UPS or FedEx.  In-shop tech support is $60/hour, plus parts.  We will do our best to get your system serviced and returned as quickly as possible.

Be sure to package securely and insure your shipment.  Carlson Design is not responsible for shipping costs or shipping damages.
